At Picco Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, please review our returns policy below for more details on how to return or exchange items.

1. Return Eligibility

Faulty Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer you a full refund or exchange at no cost. Please contact us with your order details and provide photos of the issue.

Non-Faulty Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size and design carefully before purchasing.

2. Return Process

Contact Us First:
Please email us at info@piccostudios.net before sending anything back. Include your order number and photos of the item if it is faulty.

Return Authorisation:
We will assess your request and provide return instructions. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty Items:
Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Picco Clothing. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Non-Faulty Items:
Customers are responsible for return shipping for non-faulty items being returned for store credit (if accepted).

4. Refunds and Store Credit

• Faulty Items: Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the faulty item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Non-Faulty Items: For accepted store credit returns, credit will be issued once the item is received in original condition.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for faulty items. Size or change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted.

6. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.
