Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please contact us with your order details and provide photos of the faulty item.

Non-Faulty Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose your size and design carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us First: Before returning any items, please contact us at info@piccoclothing.com. Be sure to include your order number, order details, and photos of the faulty item (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your item is eligible for return.
3. Returns for Store Credit

Non-Faulty Returns: If you no longer want your item (and it is not faulty), we can offer you a store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit will be issued once the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, we will process a full refund or exchange once we have received the returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for both faulty and non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer. Picco Clothing will not cover return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet these criteria.
5. Refund Process

Refunds for Faulty Items: Once we receive a faulty item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store Credit for Non-Faulty Returns: Store credit will be issued after we receive the returned item, and it can be used for future purchases on our website. No cash refunds will be provided for non-faulty items.
6. Exchanges
- Size Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you have purchased the wrong size or changed your mind about a non-faulty item, we can provide store credit once the item is returned.
7. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will need photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your return. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Items: Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your package. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will help you investigate the issue with the courier.
